The 31st annual South Carolina Rural Summit is brought to you by the SC Department of Commerce & SCETV.  This year's event will be presented live from SCETV's studios, and we have an exciting line-up of presenters.  

Now in its 30th year, the Rural Summit will be heading back to Clemson University to celebrate this milestone anniversary. The Rural Summit provides community leaders, economic developers and state officials the opportunity to come together and learn about innovative methods to improve rural South Carolina.

For the first time in its 29 year history, the South Carolina Rural Summit will be held in Orangeburg County. Roquemore Auditorium, on the campus of Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, will be the site for the March 4 and 5 Summit. Orangeburg County is rolling out the red carpet to welcome you and other leaders throughout South Carolina.
