Climax Global Energy Inc. Announces New Facility in Barnwell County

COLUMBIA, S.C. – December 22, 2011 – Climax Global Energy Inc. today announced plans to locate a new state-of-the-art plastics-to-oil recycling facility in Barnwell County. The $5 million investment is expected to generate 20 new jobs.

Recleim establishes first facility in Aiken County

COLUMBIA, S.C. – February 20, 2013 – Gov. Nikki Haley along with officials from Recleim, a start-up recycler of appliances and e-waste materials, today announced that the company will establish its first recycling plant in Aiken County. During the RecyclonomicsSC event today at the Statehouse, Recleim committed to a $40.6 million investment that is expected to generate 200 new jobs.

WasteZero expanding facility in Williamsburg County

COLUMBIA, S.C. – October 18, 2013 – WasteZero, the leading provider of municipal solid waste reduction programs in the U.S., announced today that it will expand its existing operations in Williamsburg County. The $3.1 million investment is expected to generate 27 new jobs.

JN Fibers Inc. locating facility in Chester County

COLUMBIA, S.C. – September 25, 2013 – JN Fibers Inc., a manufacturer of recycled polyester staple fiber products, is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Chester County. The $45 million investment is expected to generate 318 new jobs.
