The Ritedose Corporation, a locally owned and operated pharmaceutical manufacturer, today announced plans to expand operations in Richland County. The company’s $81 million investment will create 94 new jobs.

STIWA US, Inc., a company of the STIWA Group, today announced plans to expand and relocate its new North American headquarters in York County. The company’s $30 million investment will create 48 new jobs over the next five years.

Palmetto Millworks of the Carolinas, LLC, a locally owned and operated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) column manufacturer, today announced plans to expand operations in Richland County. The company is investing $5.5 million and creating 47 new jobs.

Essential Cabinetry Group, a leading cabinetry company, today announced plans to expand its operations in Greenville County. The company’s $4.75 million investment will create 156 new jobs.

Essential Cabinetry Group manufactures build-to-order cabinets including stock, custom and semi-custom cabinetry and serves more than 750 kitchen and bath suppliers across the United States. The company’s brands include Tedd Wood Fine Cabinetry, Executive Cabinetry and Designers Choice Cabinetry.

Striped Pig Distillery, LLC (Striped Pig Distillery), a woman-owned and family-operated distillery, today announced plans to expand operations in Charleston County. The company will invest $10 million and create more than 50 new jobs.

Boise Cascade Company (Boise Cascade), a leading manufacturer and distributor for building materials, today announced plans to expand its South Carolina operations with a new facility in Colleton County. The company’s $9 million investment will create 30 new jobs. 

A Fortune 500 company with over 55 locations and 6,800 employees nationwide, the Colleton County facility marks Boise Cascade’s first distribution location and second facility in South Carolina. Its existing South Carolina facility is in Chester.

Metal Trades, Inc., a family-owned steel and metal manufacturer, today announced plans to expand its operations in Charleston County. The company’s $14.4 million investment will create 64 new jobs.

Founded in 1962, Metal Trades, Inc. is a heavy steel fabricator that serves the marine industry, specializing in steel and sheet metal fabrication for commercial and government markets. The company’s broad portfolio includes steel processing, fabrication, welding, piping, machining, electrical installation, blasting and painting.

KION North America, a member of the KION Group, today announced plans to expand operations in Dorchester County. The company’s estimated $40 million investment will create approximately 450 new jobs.

Carolina Refractories, Inc., a manufacturer of monolithic refractories, today announced plans to expand its operations in Horry County. The company’s $3.7 million investment will create 38 new jobs over the next five years.

ZELTWANGER LP, an innovative machine technology company, today announced plans to expand its operations in Charleston County. The company’s $12.5 million investment will create 24 new jobs.
