The meeting underscores South Carolina’s growing relationship with the United Kingdom, catalyzed by the December 2022 memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the two. Most recently, a South Carolina delegation toured England to advance opportunities in procurement, health and life sciences, and transportation and infrastructure.
