COLUMBIA, S.C. – 2AM Group, supplier of logistics, manufacturing and quality services to the automotive, aerospace and marine industries, is establishing its new production facility in Richland County. The $500,000 investment is expected to generate 100 new jobs over the next three years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – W. Lee Flowers and Company, a wholesale grocery company, today announced plans to expand its operations in Florence County. The $6.5 million investment is expected to generate 15 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Southeast Frozen Foods, a food products distributor and cold storage service provider, today announced that it will expand its existing operations in Calhoun County - the company’s second expansion in the last five years. The $4.5 million investment is expected to generate 10 additional new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Ross Stores Inc. (“Ross”) will open a new distribution and warehousing facility in York County. Under a five year program, the new 1.2 million square foot facility is expected to generate approximately 600 new jobs over that time period. Ross plans to use the new Rock Hill facility to distribute merchandise to its retail stores located in 30 states. The distribution center is expected to be up and running sometime in 2013.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Millard Refrigerated Services today announced plans to develop and operate a new cold storage distribution facility in Charleston County. The $42 million investment is expected to generate 87 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Haddon House Food Products Inc., an exporter, importer and distributor of food products, today announced plans to increase operations at its Chester County facility. The $3.1 million investment is expected to generate 100 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Department store retailer Belk Inc. today announced plans to locate a new eCommerce distribution and fulfillment center in Union County. The $4.5 million capital investment is expected to generate 124 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – ACE Bakery LLC (“ACE Bakery”), a maker of baked goods for the retail and food service markets, today announced plans to locate a new facility in Cherokee County. The $18.4 million investment is expected to generate approximately 51 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Cummins Technical Center Charleston, a designer and tester of diesel engines and parts, today announced plans to expand its operations in Charleston County. The more than $24 million investment is expected to generate 31 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Response Packaging, a premier returnable packaging manufacturer, is expanding its existing facility in Greenville County. The expansion is projected to bring $5 million of new capital investment and lead to the creation of 100 jobs.
