COLUMBIA, S.C. – June 4, 2013 – Sekido Technology Corp., a maker of metal components, has expanded its existing operations in Anderson County. The $3.7 million investment is generating six new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – September 29, 2011 – Dillon Furniture Manufacturing Co. today announced plans to expand its current operations in Dillon County. The $2.6 million investment is expected to generate 107 new jobs over the next two years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – March 16, 2011 – Gov. Nikki Haley, the South Carolina Department of Commerce and Georgetown County today announced that 3V Incorporated will expand its operations in Georgetown County. The plan includes a $15 million investment and the creation of 30 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – March 10, 2011 – Gov. Nikki Haley, the South Carolina Department of Commerce and the Greenville Area Development Corporation today announced that Automation Engineering Corporation will expand its existing operations in Greenville County. The $6.1 million investment is expected to generate 78 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – March 2, 2011 – Governor Nikki Haley, the South Carolina Department of Commerce and Cherokee County today announced that Boysen USA, a maker of exhaust systems, will expand its existing operations in Cherokee County. The $6 million investment is expected to generate 15 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – February 9, 2011 – The South Carolina Department of Commerce, Dorchester County, the Charleston Regional Development Alliance and the South Carolina State Ports Authority today joined Showa Denko Carbon Inc., a principal supplier of graphite products to the global steel industry, in announcing the company’s plans to significantly expand its Dorchester County operations. The investment is expected to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars and will result in the creation of approximately 100 new jobs.

SUNNVYALE, Calif.—January 6, 2011— AQT Solar, a leading developer of low-cost CIGS (copper-indium-gallium-diselenide) thin-film solar cells today announced the company has selected Richland County, South Carolina as the location for its second manufacturing facility.

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Rhythmlink International, LLC, a medical device manufacturing company, is expanding its Richland County facility at 1140 First Street South in the Columbia Industrial Park.

COLUMBIA, S.C. - O'Donnell Industries, a Greenville-based manufacturer of pet beds, travel products and accessories, is expanding its presence in Greenville County as it grows to serve the European market. The $1.8 million investment is expected to create approximately 39 new jobs. O'Donnell is relocating its manufacturing space to a completely renovated facility at 561 Bessie Road in Piedmont, S.C. , effectively doubling its manufacturing space to more than 43,000 square feet.

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Red Ventures, a technology company headquartered in Indian Land, S.C., is expanding for the second time in Lancaster County since locating to the Palmetto State in 2009.
