COLUMBIA, S.C. – Department store retailer Belk Inc. today announced plans to locate a new eCommerce distribution and fulfillment center in Union County. The $4.5 million capital investment is expected to generate 124 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – BauschLinnemann North America, a producer of surfaces and edge bandings for furniture makers, today announced plans to establish a new facility and its North American headquarters in Horry County. The more than $8 million investment is expected to generate 55 jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Avtec Inc., a communications technology company, today announced plans to expand to a new facility in Lexington County. The company will invest more than $6.1 million and is expected to generate 25 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Advanced Inventory Solutions Inc., a provider of inventory auditing services, today announced that has located new operations in Dorchester County. The $250,000 investment is expected to generate 35 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – A.I.D. Company, a business of RBC Bearings Inc. and a maker of aerospace components, today announced plans to locate its new facilities in Oconee County. The $7 million investment is expected to generate 75 new jobs over the next five years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – NK Newlook, a manufacturer of store fixtures and retail interiors, today announced that it will locate a new manufacturing and distribution facility in Barnwell County. The $5 million investment is expected to generate 212 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – ACE Bakery LLC (“ACE Bakery”), a maker of baked goods for the retail and food service markets, today announced plans to locate a new facility in Cherokee County. The $18.4 million investment is expected to generate approximately 51 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation today announced that the company will locate its new operations in Lexington County. The $313 million investment is expected to generate 707 new jobs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – GKN Aerospace, a supplier of aerospace and aviation components, will establish a new manufacturing facility in Orangeburg County. The $38 million investment is expected to generate more than 250 jobs over the next six years.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Cargo Composites, a maker of air cargo containers, today announced the establishment of its new headquarters and assembly facility in Berkeley County. The $700,000 investment is expected to generate 40 new jobs.
